a handful of sand encased in a JAR WHITE NOW ... AND MANY MANY MEMORIES!
This is certainly an opportunity to relive one of the highlights of my summer holidays spent in the southern region of Italy .... the most renowned emerald island fantastic ,.... Sardinia. Yes, but not the
usual Sardinia, luxury and scoop, the most integrated, simple and devoid of infrastructure still untouched by mass, the South
Suddd?? Yes, but so deep that no longer can, a hundred miles from Cagliari, under the tip of Cape Teulada, the southernmost island's isthmus.
The Bay of Porto Pino was our destination and how many of the experiences "cobbled together" at the last minute, as compared to those programs for months, brought us many surprises and was one of the most beautiful marine rental of the last ten accomplice years .... definitely a warm and mild climate that has removed the memory of years of Mistral and a "Nature" splendid and flourishing. Huge pine trees, sea lilies and succulent plants preceded the coastline offering numerous ideas for my photos in the intense contrast between the blue sea, blue sky and green pine trees. The village
place a few hundred meters from the beach, requiring the crossing of a large brackish lagoon where peeping huge crabs and various crustaceans on a long pier almost Maldivian style.
Our first three days of stay were so dedicated to the discovery of the sea and the coast in a succession of golden sand and endless walks on the bathrooms ...
turquoise water in the morning, emeralds in the evening and a temperature so high as to remind Diving in Sharm, we have allowed long swim and had never before found in Sardinia as hot water.
certainly need to think about it a bit ', "global warming" and the sea is lurking dangerously at risk.
Locals say for example that this summer the beach is very narrow due to a gradual rise in water level and believe that there is continuing as part of the coastline in the coming years will disappear ..
For the moment we have enjoyed this, including the famous sand dunes of Porto Pino more than 50 meters high that we could only climb on the first day not knowing of the ban to protect this environmental heritage of a very dear to the inhabitants of the area and close surveillance by local police.
The walks to the coves around the country have allowed us to discover some spectacular gorges semi-deserted ideal for all refractory crowding of the main beach and there an unexpected bath in a sea extreme was an irresistible temptation and gave us a thrill. Swimming in the blue

offshore, lunch on board and a long stay in Cala Zafferano were the most beautiful moments of our boat trip crowned by a romantic love story of our crew consists of the Sardinian and the beautiful blonde sailor Milan now converted to the sea as well our feathered friends in their twenties who have greatly enlivened the day.
the final day with a little 'sad thought to have spent good week ... a godsend for those of us who like to do a few vacation days but often with the anguish of the long return that it was (Porto Pino, Cagliari, Venice, Trento, Val di Non and Mantova) in a single day.
Before leaving, however, we promised that this target will fall again in our future tourist sights ..
